okie, both the GF and i will be stationed on a highspeed connection on friday morning. with any luck, we'll both have a +1 to share with the board. my track record with tickets.com during high-demand shows (foos, justin, etc) isn't a good one, tho :mad:

I'll be on high speed as well on Friday. Hopefully all the board fans can get in to this one. If Asheville was any indicator, this will be phenomenal.

count in me plus at least 3 others attemptng to get tix. with fingers crossed i'm hoping to have one or two plus ones.

seriously though… i can make some mean cupcakes, brownies and cakes for those interested in sharing :)

And I'm fun to sit in line with waiting for Pumpkins. Can provide testimonials of ones who enjoyed five hours of playing Hearts, Capitalism, and other card games in Asheville.

That wasn't the last Pumpkins 9:30 show though. They also played in '99.

Any of you that went to Asheville have any guesses on what my odds would be on getting a ticket for tonight's show if I were to drive down there….now?

Both nights I was there I know of at least one person who was able to buy a ticket, for face, from someone in line. The second night, though, I know for a fact that there were like 4 fairly attractive women who - tried as they might - were shut out.

So, it's your call, but I wouldn't do the drive again unless I had tix locked up.

Good to know. I knew some people that were able to get tickets night of as well, but I hadn't heard of folks not having luck. I'm torn - driving down now would put me there around 9:00 or so, which would be a small window of time to find a ticket.

Call me far-fetched as hell, but someone give me odds on zwanagogo being Billy Corgan????

don't speak so quickly… like i said, i've never had much luck with tickets.com during surges. TM, on the other hand, i could write a book about.

Dont' hold your breath on any of those locations, but that doesn't mean all you non-locals should flood the area ;)
