Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have announced Future Ruins, a new music and arts festival that celebrates film and television composers. The inaugural lineup includes Reznor and Ross as well as John Carpenter, Mark Mothersbaugh, Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin, Questlove performing the score works of Curtis Mayfield, and more. Future Ruins will take place November 8 at the Equestrian Center in Los Angeles, California.

The idea that I — of all people on here — ever claimed to be a music snob is hilarious. I probably have the highest non-music:music post ratio on here BY A MILE. (Even if you don’t count the Integers.) That isn’t my brand!
