Home/Road splits mean they have to win the division, and do what they can for home field throughout.

Brian Matusz called up to start for the Cubs tonight.  A nice performance and maybe they'll trade him back to you?

The Orioles acquired infielder Steve Pearce from the Rays, tweets ESPN?s Jerry Crasnick.  The Rays will receive 21-year-old High-A catcher Jonah Heim in return, tweets Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports.

man Orioles tumble way out of first….is anybody else concerned by this?? I know its only August but…can they make up the lost ground? only 50 or so games left…

One game is way out of first?  The offense has struggled in Oakland (until today).  There's no panic.
