Oh no gay choir!) is of relatively no consequence compared to what the US is doing overseas which is like a magnitude 9 earthquake. And the Executive pretty much faces no checks and balances when it comes to foreign policy.

Trump’s popularity will take a hit…a few points….but if there aren’t free and fair elections he won’t pay a political cost. If elections were free he would lose the House. I don’t believe he will let that happen lightly….
