Next week looks to be a big week in American history. Referring of course to the Iggy Pop show.

Trump Announces 100% Tariff on Branded Drugs Unless Pharma Builds US Plants

In another post on Truth Social, Trump wrote that the US will also impose a 50 percent tariff on all kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and “associated products” and a 30 percent tariff on upholstered furniture.

There’s integers that have yet to be named! Who knows where that thread is going?!

hutch, sounds like folks are getting mad at the Argies… the story, as far as i can tell:
- trump imposes tariffs on china
- china refuses to buy american soybeans, threatening the collapse of US soy farms
- argentina asks for financial help to avoid collapse, US sends $20 billion to stabilize
- argentina, being in a better position, drops some of its export tariffs
- china swoops in and buys 7 million tons of argentinian soybeans
so US tax payers subsidized the argentinian state, which in turn opened the door for china to replace US soybeans with argentine soybeans. did i get that right?

What could possibly go wrong
The White House abruptly terminated a large share of the council members advising the National Endowment for the Humanities, an advisory board to the head of the government’s grantmaking agency, retaining only four Trump appointees
And then a District Court in Fl says hold my beer
A US District Court in FL has ruled that our libraries are government speech that can be viewpoint censored as elected officials see fit.
Library patrons and authors do not have First Amendment rights in our publicly funded libraries.
