This might be applicable to Ontario but the idea you can't tell any difference when you meet a Québécois? Half of them don't even claim Canadian traditions much less American ones.

Obviously a difference with Quebec just like they are different to the rest of Canada! So they would be different from the rest of the US and be accommodated in a similar arrangement as they have now.

If each Canadian province became a state, how would that affect the House and Senate numbers?
