Literally at a loss for words hearing that while driving home. Meant to say "he really said that?!?", but instead said "seeming what did he mean that he said?!?" I think the president has officially made me dumber. Before now my general intelligence only speculatively receding. To be fair I had also just got off a 12 hour work day. His statement is up there with saying he could shoot someone in the middle of Times Square and not lose any votes.
