Actually, i'm a little surprised, given it diminishes the one thing the justices love more than anything…their own god-like power over our lives.  But hey, fair's fair…Joe should officially act to compromise a few of them to a permanent end

You see, the President has a constitutional duty, among other things, to ‘take care that the laws be faithfully executed’ and within that power is the sacred  and awesome implied absolute right to willfully coerce fraudulent election results and violence in order to retain power and destroy his/her adversaries as he/she sees fit

Unbelievably depressing news.

I bet if Biden overthrew the election results the Supreme Court would rule he doesn’t have immunity that very day.

Well he sort of retired to a monastery or whatever in Tibet…. Then he comes out and his manager had stolen all his money so he got the band back together and toured for the first time in twenty years…

While I love the song I think the current political climate is of another order of magnitude. AFAIK he wrote that song during the Reagan years….

But in general yeah I get what he is saying… Bob Dylan has a great line too: “…power, greed and corruptible seed seems to be all that there is.” (Blind Willie McTell)

Still can't believe that the SCOTUS though citizens united was a good idea…and that was way before trump
it's crazy that they could justify these kind of donations and think they wouldn't have an impact on elections

If we have learned anything it’s that he doesn’t pay his bills…on time…and he negotiates them down…I assume he will tell the lawyers to wait until he is president and can hook them up with government contracts and other favors as payback for law services…

I mean that’s how Trump thinks….why can’t we ever learn that…his whole help me pay my legal bills is just a big grift

Also he will look at campaign contributions as his piggy bank and look to turn that into his own money. He doesn’t really care about a ton of ads..he would rather keep as much of the money as possible
