How did you guys miss this?

Guy steals an armored personnel carrier (basically a tank) from Ft. Pickett near Petersburg, drove it up Rte 460 and then onto I-95 all the way to Richmond (that's 25 miles at a top speed of 40mph), and then starts cruising around downtown Richmond in it before parking it in front of city hall. All while being pursued by a dozen police officers who can't do anything to stop him.
