According to the post, the RCMP officer who pulled over the unnamed driver was also listening to ‘Kickstart My Heart’ at the same time as they were both tuned into the same radio station.

If that cop weren't such a narc, he woulda pulled up alongside the guy, rolled down his windows, motioned for the guy to roll down his windows too, and then have a goddamn motherfucking Crue Caravan blazing down the highway.

so this line in that story made me chuckle

In addition to being charged with felony theft, car theft and misdemeanor rogue and vagabond, the arresting officers also charged him with altering a drug or alcohol test.

Rogue and Vagabond

In Maryland, the crime of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and/or stealing its contents is referred to, somewhat strangely, as “rogue and vagabond”. Being a rogue and vagabond is a misdemeanor in Maryland punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment.
