There is no law against driving your bike in DC.  I guess the problem for you is that people have illegal pipes on their bikes.

Being called an escort isn't really an insult to a man in his 40's.  Germany was nice.  I don't like sausages so I had to get by eating duck over and over again.  How come duck is always served with red cabbage and knodels anyway?  Oh and Käsespätzle .. which is mac and cheese.  Germany is a country for people who like meat.  Manly meats like pork, beef, and veal.
