Because the heat?  Really not much worse there than here.  But no matter.  I love the heat and humidity.  I'm weird that way.

Asheville is a wild experience.
With my wife out of town, I am playing Daddy and Mommy.

My daughter woke me up at 5:25am asking me if it hurts worse to break two parts of the same bone because that's what her (pretend) sister Sunshine did when she was climbing on the dinosaur bones at the museum. We eventually fell back asleep in her bed and slept until 7:20.

I can already hear the noise complaints

I played full court basketball on Monday and today and yesterday I played Raquetball.. All against people half my age.  My entire body hurts.    Tomorrow my exercise is going to be sitting in the hot tub.

I don't care about your posts about licking other forum members.  .
gotta back walky on this one…
telling us about your exercise regimen and the pain it's caused it really ….well…a pile of crap for no one

What? we have a marathon thread. I didn't start a raquetball thread and a basketball thread. James Ford posts about his running around town and his back ailments.  Hutch tells us about his car accident ailments.

Maybe we could have a meet-up to play basketball or raquetball. Sounds more interesting than buying gifts for people you don't know.
This could all be wrapped up into one big "Old guys trying to reclaim their youth" thread.
Oh wait.  That's the whole board.

I never played raquetball before a couple of weeks ago.
you must be getting old.

You are quite right.   Anyway I have lost 10 pounds in the last month… Trying to get back in shape is the goal not to regain lost youth.
