Or just don't pay it.  DC gave me a parking ticket when I parked outside the 930 club and my metered wasn't expired.  I just didn't pay it.  They put it on my credit report and I wrote to the credit bureaus that I did not park illegally in DC and they all took it off.  If you don't go there what can they do?  Well if you live in Maryland probably a lot but if you live in Virginia or DC you should be fine.

yes  I think if you give Ford a 50-50 split on any recovered money he would be game to represent your interests… definitely worth trying…
