I NEVER EVER said that I hated anyone at all.  (Well maybe I hate the radical left wing nut job theories many have but I don't hate other people.)    Just because i do not agree with someone on any issue at all does not mean that I hate them.  If that were the case (since there are no two people on Earth who agree on everything), everyone would hate everyone else…  People who go around playing the 'hate card' actually do their cause much more harm than good.

Not saying I do not appreciate the sentiment, however If I had an issue with this to the degree that I think it needed attention form the mods I would…

1) IM the OP directly and tried to resolve it and had that not worked.
2) IM the mods and ask that something be done.

All I can say is wow…  The lengths some people will go to.  It is ashamed that the targeted business did not have the spine to stand up to the threats.

I'm glad they shut those bigots down. Good for them. Baking a cake for a gay couple is NOT the same as believing in gay marriage. Would they have refused someone cause they were of a different race? NO. Would the have refused to make a cake for a Muslim couple? One can't refuse business to people of different beliefs. This is no longer the age of separate water fountains.

RB, i don't think it was a case of the bakery "having the spine to stand up to the threats."  all the spine in the world won't help if your are financially insolvent.  the protesters got everyone to boycott the bakery, they lost most/all their business, and had no choice but to close their doors.  people spoke with their dollars: they won't support bigots who discriminate.

So you are in favor of making death threats towards a business owner and their children just because they choose to stand by their values.  -1 to each of you for thinking such action is even close to acceptable.  As usual the liberal left wants everyone else to be tolerant of them but they are not tolerant of anyone who has even a slightly different view than theirs.
