Maybe it was my (no so?) evil twin.  Actually AFAIK Walky and I are cool.  I have never met the man but I think he is a pretty decent guy.

In as much as I think the very concept of these protected classes is absolutely silly (wouldn't it be much simpler and a lot easier if we just made the law that you can only hire based on criteria that were germane to the job in question this covering every possible 'you can't do this' in one fell swoop), the concepts in that story are just plain wrong.
