That's great, but even Steve Jobs closed-shop policy will not be able to skirt Charles Darwin's process of Natural Selection…

Sir, given your appreciation for the California Angels and strippers, I thought you might enjoy this story:

Haha. It's probably the same fan who yelled to Beckett when he was fielding a foul ball in the sixth over by his dugout "Hey Pitcher, you're throwing a no-hitter!" It was loud and clear on the telecast. He promptly gave up an infield single.
If nothing else, California Angel Fans of LA and Anaheim have a sense of humor.

The store experienced "zero damage" from the fire, said Rintoul, who suspected the man may have lit himself on fire while doing drugs. "I would describe it as a Richard Pryor sort of incident," he said.
I'm sure you were all asleep and the final outcome sucked, but this was as good as any:

wow. beautiful goal.
I used 32 minutes on my mobile phone last month to land lines from 7AM to 7PM last month. A ridiculously low number, until I saw that I used 6 minutes to landlines in the 7PM to 7AM window.
I have unlimited mobile to mobile (regardless of carrier), but I used 600 mobile to mobile minutes last month, which is below my 2 year average of 732, and continuing a downward trend.
I sent 5783 text messages last month, continuing an upward trend.
I used 2.6GB of data last month, also continuing an upward trend.
My cell phone company is really an ISP for me.
I point this out for this: Assuming I could VOIP with a Google Voice number, if I switched from a mobile phone to a 4G tablet with text capabilities, would anybody really notice?

i'm really not sure where to start with this one:

The only thing puzzling about it to me is that it's Al Jazeera reporting.
Otherwise, I'm fine with changing the perception…at least people would stop questioning why I had a pole installed and have a Carmen Electra training video cued up for visitors.

Holy crap it might take a moustache ride to rid me of this tech chubby.
This is incredible. No more syncing. One change in the web view, adjusts on all of your devices. On change on your devices, auto syncs with the cloud.
This is the end of iTunes. Finally.
