better version, from a year earlier than that.  what a thief.
Sweetcell's post was more about the Ryan Adams cover of Taylor's new album….

Your post is just a further display of how pathetic Canadians are that artists get their best applause when they cover Canadian songs.  I remember the Foo's did this a few months ago too by covering Rush….
that foot-dragging, look-at-me-i'm-a-diva underwood version is un-listenable.

Just turn the volume down and look at those stems….

It's so META, had you started a thread about it, I would demand you entitle it "META: META: (insert clickbait title here)".

40% of Americans want a giant wall built along the U.S. border…………with Canada.

We don't need a wall to keep out pesky Canadians. We just need to have a few people stand along the border and whenever a Canadian tries to cross over illegally, the person says "Hey, you can't do that!" and the Canadian criminal will say "Oh soory soory, my apologies eh?" and will go back home to Vancougar or Quidditch or wherever the hell they came from.

booooooo
Its always struck me as a great shame that George Washington gave up on attacking the English in Canada after a quick defeat in the only attempt - at the very beginning of the War for Independence- to engage up there….arguably even before the war as the defeat happened in late 1775….. but of course he simply had no resources.. Benedict Arnold played a spectacular role…Aaron Burr was there too….but in the end after the defeat we just plain gave up…. and if it wasn't for the Battle of Saratoga victory in 1777 with which George Washington who was busy hiding in NJ or PA while his few troops ate weeds and worms and the "American" farmers sold their produce to the English, had little to do, and Ben Franklin convincing the French to make us independent, we'd still be eating crumpets…(Note: this may be a major run on sentence..i stuck a few commas to give it some semblance of propriety)…. Washington did send Benedict Arnold who helped win Saratoga…

George Washington of course never actually won a major military battle proving completely incompetent and losing time and time again….

of course the official history ignores this all! :)

Gore Vidal's historical novel "Burr" really should be read by everyone…a masterpiece..

One of my favorite jokes to use on my Canadian friends….

"Let's be honest.  If you could do it all over again, you'd lose the War of 1812, right?"

Oh, the vitriol…
Sweetcell supports terrorism.

My original intention was to post that one shining moment when the Loonie was ahead of the dollar, but then I saw that headline and couldn't resist.
