Virginia’s Phase 1 plan: Salons reopen w/ strict rules, restaurants can reopen outdoor seating 50% capacity, gyms outdoor only w/ less than 10, non essential retail 50% capacity, masks required. Churches allowed 50% capacity.  Entertainment stays closed.

This could good for Reno strip clubs where meth mouth is prevelant.

That being said Oregon's drive thru and home delivery varieties are much better than the Instagram private room model.

I wonder if this means,  restaurants can now force their workers back to work,  and off the 600 to 800 a week from unemployment.

Oh, they will be thrilled.  "You got my drink order wrong,  servant.  Fix it now. I've been oppressed in my house for months."

Sat, Sun, and even Mon normally have undercounts with much higher totals Tues and Wed, but yeah 750 yesterday was the lowest daily total since March.

Gov. Ralph is saying that Nothern Va stays closed for two more weeks

"The Northern Virginia Region has about a 25 percent positivity rate, while the rest of the Commonwealth is closer to 10 percent. Further, in the last 24 hours, the Northern Virginia Region reported over 700 cases, while the rest of the Commonwealth reported approximately 270."

So you Richmond folks can start getting your pubic hair trimmed and tattoos added to your sleeve
