wonder why now? I feel like his Howard and other 9:30 shows didn't sell out
is this the Bearman-effect as now slowdive is at the anthem (that doesn't appear to be going to sell out…and budget friendly anthem price of $45)

Lin-Manuel Miranda is releasing a new hip-hop concept album based on the 1979 cult classic film The Warriors.

Yeah that was a good show…. Though McRae talks too much, and the energy for this band is better in a smaller venue.
(Also can't believe so many people couldn't tell it was a fig tree.)
Setlist was good. Frank Sinatra especially was excellent. Can't really argue with set, though would've liked Italian Leather Sofa, Mexico, Long Line of Cars, and Comfort Eagle. Next time, perhaps….

They have so many great songs and without the talking and fig tree may have only played 90.
18 songs.
* I could not tell it was a fig tree. But I know nothing about trees.

Awesome. Two of my jams lately.
My kid has been incessant about how they need to have Daft Punk…how epic would that be?

Daft Punk as part of the opening ceremonies, especially as they passed the Louvre and its pyramid, would’ve been amazing. If there was anything I thought they might reunite for, this seemed like it. Oh well.

Wow…so much better that I could imagine
she is like the rock n roll Forest Gump!

So I of course did the audible version.
did think that she read it, but found out she only does the intro
but Rosanna Arquette, really knocked it out of the park with her delivery, really thought it was Chrissy
Chrissy would do these excellent descriptions of time and place and Arquette's delivery just made them come alive
Chrissy knows how to tell an engaging tale

So is The Thong Song the most well known song from a Maryland artist? Still pondering why they used Respect for the Maryland DNC rollcall

It probably is at this point. Good Charlotte's Maryland songs aren't well known. Most famous Marylanders got famous elsewhere. Maybe they could have used an Eva Cassidy song but she's pretty much only known for covers.
