maybe theyre making the joke that all of man u's fans live outside of the city

Actually, Old Trafford is in Trafford and not greater Manchester, so they are taking a poke at the local Man U fans too.  I laughed, Fergie did not.

rumors are going around that the players threw the match on purpose. so fucked

Obefemi asked to be sold to Wolfsburg.

And Owen has 4 goals this this offseason already.
oba moving would be a good sign, to be honest

i've decided to not talk about mike owen anymore
for some reason this makes me laugh

he should have newcastle over his heart, not england
I laughed too when I saw that on The Guardian, but I was trying to be nice to godsshoeshine in these trying times…..

ashley has to be doing this on purpose, but whatever. i've given up hope

wish that boca/united game was on a regular channel
yeah, was definitely not trying to pile on but the antics up north just beggar belief these days
dont you guys have champions league and top flight teams to worry about

they've leaked out that administration is not an option. which in ashley speak means its pretty close to being a certainty

Iranian businessman Sirous Mahjoob on Thursday confirmed that he is in the final stages of negotiations to buy English football club Newcastle United.

and yet google had never heard of this guy with a name that looks suspiciously close to "serious manboobs"

i might cry before the season starts

Hmmm, maybe there is one Iranian who likes the British.  I would have thought not.
yeah, not too many people out there are buying this as real

Tevez had to go to make room on the bench for Mikey Owen….replace one bench warmer for another seems like logic to me. Besides Mikey's goals scored to time played ratio has already put the ugly money grabbing argie to shame, and United will miss him like a dose of the shits . Shitty of Middle Eastlands just have United envy. Unfortunately no amount of cash can replace history, glory and  years and years of success…………just ask chelski. We'll miss Ronaldo for a few games till we find our feet, watch Rooney start knocking em in for fun as long as he's played in the center.

FYI - Guess who is now a certified ref with USSF? Yep? I wanted to find out what it was like on the other end of a redcard for a change!!!
i had heard he didnt look good this weekend. very sad, the man walked on water tyneside
he is damn near unrecognizable in the picture accompanying the article…..
