He's definitely playing inspired, and this is a great match, but even with VAR I can't believe that was still a pen.

And it was nice of De Gea to gift him that second goal in exchange for returning to United.

Maybe now people will finally stop selling Russia short.  They have been by far the best team against Arab competition in the tournament.

because so far they haven't faced a real threat?  KSA is KSA, and egypt has been forgettable ever since they qualified.  russia took care of two teams that they should have been able to take care of.  no surprises here.

not sure what you're getting at here… other than intra-arab competition (iran-morocco), the only other team to face an arab competitor has been england (who, like every other recent WC, have come in way overhyped).

as they are playing well against Portugal

Although they really can't seem to capitalize on all the corners and penalty kicks

That was one serious dive by ronaldo in the 83 min, glad he didn't get a goal out of that

I'm amazed how well it does, especaily in the Flash frame?
