Except that when you took some time off from the board, we went through this.  And yes, hutch will take the bait every time to defend all things Argentina…

Those Argies are a proud and, other south American nationalities will say, arrogant nation, and it just kills them to have to play second fiddle to Brasil all the time.
Champions League draw - First Round

AS Roma v Shakhtar Donetsk
AC Milan v Tottenham Hotspur
Valencia v FC Schalke
Inter Milan v Bayern Munich
Lyon v Real Madrid
Arsenal v Barcelona
Marseille v Manchester United
Copenhagen v Chelsea

There are some good first round matchups…
both the milan matches and arse/barca are outstanding
Gabby Heinze v Man Utd!!!! The United supporters normally give ex-players a very warm welcome back to OT but I think this may be different considering the circumstances in his leaving…..and trying to finagle a move to Pikeypool!
i'm totally rooting for donetsk.  hold up the bandwagon - here i come!

speaking of brasil…
AS Roma   v  Shakhtar Donetsk
AC Milan  v  Tottenham Hotspur
Valencia  v  FC Schalke
Inter Milan  v  Bayern Munich
Lyon  v  Real Madrid
Arsenal  v  Barcelona
Marseille  v  Manchester United
Copenhagen  v  Chelsea

My predictions for the last 8.
sweet

You can still see Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro, Busquets, Villa, Puyol and Pique, more than 50% of the team that won the World Cup, and that was not Spain.

my bad if what i said came across like i wasn't interested in seeing this game…be sure i'll be there, but it's true that not seeing messi for barça and hernandez for united takes the star power of the game a notch down…
i'll go if i can get cheap tickets

One of these kids is not like the others…
I'd have to say 2 of these kids are not like the others. Ronaldo and Owen don't qualify as United greats in my eyes…..
he-who-will-not-be-named's man u career doesnt even come close to ronaldo's
