should have scored a second. oba is such a disruptive force, he has to play. dont know what kev has against him. he made that goal
how bad were those free kicks? guess thats what we get with no jimmy mils or zogs. we needed a point, 3 would have been nice, but i really was not feeling good about it anyway. kind of relieved

anyone want to predict the scores of the big four?
I'd say they're all too close to call but I'll go for it.
Man Utd 2 - 1 scum
Arse 1 - chelski

looks like chelski got 'pool's goal in my prediction ;)
mascherano, what a clown
good win for toon as well. long time coming, and really needed. just want to say that jimmy bullard is vastly overrated. barton took the ball off of him more times than i could count

Barton is good at stealing things…it's bred into filthy scouse dirtbags!
Scumpool have failed to get a result from Utd in the last 8 meetings so I have just one thing to sing….
"CAN WE PLAY YOU EVERY WEEK, CAN WE PLA'A'A'AY YO'O'O'OU EV'RY WE'E'E'K!!"
As usual I didn't get to see the game but I assume the red card was deserved going by the reports.
Congrats to the toon, even though I can't stand Keegan.

you dont like keegan? i couldnt tell :p
i thought the first yellow was borderline, but he complained when it was given and never stopped. after all that has been said by the fa during the week, players had to know that they needed to cap it, and the commentators on setenta seemed to think it was coming too. really no sympathy from me as a mostly impartial observer
shame that one of the biggest fixtures of the season came down to that, but not the ref's fault in my eyes

He ran 30 yards just to bitch about another player who just received a yellow card for bitching. And after being warned, he still wouldn't shut up. I really don't know what the guy was thinking.

Well, we still play both of our chasers, but both of them are also still alive in Europe, which I think greatly helps United who have the deepest squad.
I would not want to be Arsenal right now with a trip to Bolton, Liverpool (home), Liverpool (home), Liverpool (Anfield) and then a trip to Old Trafford.
Chelsea have a softer schedule, but also have trips to Goodison and The City of Light before they have United at Stamford Bridge.
I don't think it's wrapped up just yet, but I do like the 5 point cushion and the HUGE goal differential.

Finally, an England manager with a pair big enough to go for the best choice and not the most popular…
