GO BOCA JUNIORS!

As a Boca fan since day one I'm living a dream… just glad my Uncle Mario is not here to see this.. he would not believe it.. RIver Plate is like the Yankees or Man U.. or should i say "used to be like"

the riots are par for the course.. people riot over anything down there… this makes more sense than most reasons…

and everyone knew the riots would happen.. my mother who lives there sent me an email she got from the US embassy a few days before the game warning her (she's actually here visiting us but anyways)..

Not exactly.  Vancouver rioted because they lost the Stanley Cup, not because the Canucks were forced to play in the AHL.

I can see myself rioting if United were ever relegated.  I didn't riot when they lost to Barca in the Champions League final.
I miss the good old days when the Red Army would riot….win, lose or draw!!!!
;)

Morrissey is actually a Milwall supporter.

Little known fact - Morrisseys dad got a try out for Man Utd but decided he needed to support his family with a real job instead! I think Morrissey grew up a United supporter but switched allegiance while living in London. Unless he has two teams like me.

This is good.

Ferdinand and Vidic can now comfortably hand over the reigns to Jones and Smalling when the time comes…..on to the midfield rebuild.
anyone here watching the women's world cup?

As long as he's hot and gives great head but expects nothing back in return I could work with it…..

How can I watch the women's world cup with the prospect of the sexiest footballer alive coming to Man Utd?  Wesley Sneidjer in a red jersey is hotter than any of the "men" playing in the women's world cup…

All of Team Sweden < /discussion>

And lets not forget the Germans who were in playboy.

Let's face it:  this is the worst looking US squad in decades….
indeed, on the whole the US team ain't so hot, but solo makes up for the others.  i could watch her all day.

the tournament has been surprisingly compelling.  i wasn't expecting much but i've gotten in to it.  yes, i'd prefer a men's world cup but that isn't on offer at the moment.  watching the US-Brazil game with the missus, who is a samba-file/spent time in brazil/speaks portuguese/etc, was a lot of fun.

i caught part of argentina's beat-down of costa rica last night.  sheesh.  talk about a mismatch.  time of possession breakdown must have been 70/30, if not more.
I think the US womens footie team is also the US womens softball team this time around.

YIKES!!!!  :o

An unamed immigration official was quoted off the record as saying….

"Besides, he's a scouse twat. We don't want anymore scouse twats on our soil..FUCK HIM!"

Yep.  Nani is part of the deal I'm hearing…

The Sun says the deal is done, but of course, it's The Sun.

The Sun is a trashy tabloid without question, but they are damn good with the footie scoops.
