The defense was incredible.
Was Rooney doing an audition for Dancing With The Stars in the run-up to the penalty shot?

FIFA President: Gay Fans 'Should Refrain From Any Sexual Activities' During 2022 World Cup In Qatar…. So much for my World Cup plans.
so we have a nongay, no hot chick, limited alcohol world cup in the winter awarded with "legal bribes"

great job fifa
gays, alcohol, religious diversity, western fashion, political expression…

WC'22 has the potential to really open up that part of the world - or it could go horribly wrong with people being arrested for the above "offenses".  should the latter be the case, FIFA is going to look even stupider than it already does.
people could do away with religion . . . problem solved.
No gays? Then there can be no Chelksi, Pikeypool or Arsehole players playing for their respective countries!!! France and Spain are fucked!

So no gay sex, booze or hot chicks…can we still stone women at least?

Just think if Israel qualify!! That would be interesting.
israel qualifying would be AWESOME.  i say we take up a collection now, over a decade we're sure to amass enough money to buy their way into the tournament (everything else about it seems to be for sale, so why not entry?)  really, how much can it cost to buy off a few of their opponents?

can't wait for the "babes of the world cup" websites and pictorals that inevitably pop up.
man even I'm disappointed in Tevez

Why? It's his m.o. …he's a fucking drama queen. It will come to the point were the big teams won't want him. (if it's not already got to that point) SAF is proving yet again that he's a genius, and I'm the first to admit I was disapointed when he let him leave OT, because Rooney and Tevez up front would be like two pitbulls let loose on a back line. There's always more to the story though and the details are finally coming out.

I hope he fucks off back to Argentina and plays into obscurity with Boca Raton Juniors or whatever they're called.

I miss the days when players were men and played their hearts out for the jersey and their paycheck….."relationships with the board have reached breaking point' WTF! The only relationship a player needs with 'the board' is to make sure there's a signature on their paycheck!

I'm English and served in the Falklands…..I think I can give a bit of light-hearted ribbing to Argentina….and take it in return.

Boca is obscurity if you live outside of …Boca Argentina. Is there even a town called Boca outside of S. Florida? I'm a huge football fan, have been all my life, and I'm 50 years old but I couldn't even tell you what colors Boca play in? That's pretty obscure if you ask me!

Very cool……FOR A CYCLING JERSEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dale Boca carajo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boca Juniors is one of the most successful clubs in Argentina and in the world, having won 41 official titles at the national and international level. Domestically, they have twenty-three league titles; they last won the 2008 Apertura tournament. Internationally, the team has won eighteen international titles[1], a record shared with A.C. Milan. Their international trophy haul includes six Copa Libertadores[2], four Recopa Sudamericana, three world club titles (Intercontinental Cup)[3], two Copa Sudamericana, one Copa Oro, one Supercopa Sudamericana, and one Supercopa Masters. Boca Juniors is one of eight teams to have won CONMEBOL's treble (the others being Olimpia, São Paulo, Independiente, Vélez Sársfield, Cruzeiro, Internacional and LDU Quito). Their success usually has Boca ranked among the IFFHS's Club World Ranking Top 25, which they have reached the top position six times (mostly during the coaching tenure of Carlos Bianchi).[4]
