Got you beat by about 85 shows. But am not seeing him this tour.  Just doesn't interest me much anymore.

4/18/24, Syracuse Carrier Dome. My first Springsteen show. What an absolutely joyful experience.
When was your first show?

It’s not his fault he is old and key E Street band members have died…..but yeah it’s just not the same…

Also until recently he kept prices reasonable but now he has joined the maximize club with dynamic pricing…that’s a drag for many older fans

If I had a Time Machine I would love to see the Cole Fieldhouse show where they backed Chuck Berry, played their own set and I believe Jerry Lee Lewis also played…one of my favorite YouTube clips is Bruce talking about backing Chuck at that show

I think it’s from the movie Hail Hail RNR. Just priceless
Also the Childe Harold show early on in DC! Can you imagine??
I managed to score a standby ticket for Phish last night. Wound up sitting right behind Tom Marshall!
Also spotted Peter Anspach entering the venue.

Wow!
My first show was The River Tour in November 1980 at the Cap Center.  Would have loved to see a Darkness era show but The River tour was pretty special. And yeah, the high prices and whole surge pricing debacle turned me off on the earlier leg of this tour. Last tour I saw him pre-Covid was fantastic and he broke out a lot of early deep cuts. One show I saw in Philly was over 4 hours and one of his best I saw. He was fairly old then so it's not an age thing for me.

Peter Anspach is a member of Goose.
Tom Marshall is the lyricist for Phish.

Certainly no Kit Duncan!
I saw that…totally agree
That’s awesome!
I bet Bob Barker never uttered such verbiage.
Syracuse University, cost per year, undergrad: $85,214
Average salary per year, Syracuse resident: $25,863
Average price of Springsteen ticket for Syracuse concert: I think they started at 75 plus fees.
