No… a few Natty Bohs though. Hi James.
What, are you, talking about, Willis?
Any reports from the Ty Segall show last night?
Hi Atomic.

I do remember that Atomic did post something right before he left
'I found that the 930 message board has a flaw that I can create the same username as someone else and post and there is no easy way to tell that was not the original poster'

so is there a little bit of that going on here?????
No, that is not, happening at, all
+1
I think he figured out how to do that about 5+ years after the rest of us did. We actually had some fun doing that way back when but then we remembered we were adults, and adults have other ways to have fun.

I was just commenting on beer lover Yada consuming Atomic approved beers.

Enjoyed it. Can't remember the last time I saw that much stage diving at the 930.  Crowd was way more animated than the one at the Black Cat last year.

Took a little while to warm up to the opening band, Wand.

Hope Mikal Cronin hits the road again soon.

look at relaxer, coming out of left field, with a good one.
The Foo Fighters basically play the same concert every time you go see them, but man, its a fun concert.
The Bahamas show was awesome. Afie is a killer guitar play and awesome songwriter!

yeah CRAZY amount of stage diving and crowd surfing - never seen anything like it in DC let alone the 9.30 club - I felt very very old  :P

what's odd is they usually don't let that stuff go on at the club
they have those barriers so you can't even get closet to the stage
I see them grabbing crowdsurfers anytime they try

Did that enforcement end with the passing of that guy?
I almost said that…but decided not to, but you read my mind
I remember he was always pulling people down

I speculated to my friend that perhaps Segall had an agreement w the club to allow crowdsurfing

I think this is true, as he has been doing this at all his shows so far
;D
Replacements, Hold Steady and Deer Tick show was great. Any other 930boarders attend?

The bands were great and everything was just easy about the night:

Quick subway from Manhattan, great weather, friendly staph, etc.

Hopefully Seth will be able to bring this revival show to the DC area next year.
