fundamentalists, of many different stripes, want this. they want the final judgement, they want this life to be over and start the eternal life with their savior etc etc etc. so yeah, having a religious leader say that a trump reelection with being about Armageddon is a strong selling point for the fundies. it'll get them to the polls, if abortion hasn't already.

some people have wondered why we haven't heard much from trump's youngest daughter, tiffany. thanks to her performance at a LGBTQ event event in FL, we now know why: she's a trainwreck. first two minutes of speech here. she has such classic lines as “I know what my father believes in. Prior to politics, he supported gays, lesbians, the LGBQIIA+ community.” the comments on twitter have been awesome. my two favs:
- she made a point of omitting the "T" (trans) in LGBTQ/LGBTQIA+, several times. accordingly, one person quipped "Her name henceforth will be #IffanyRump"
- "Worst drag show ever" <– i died.
