Warnock wins
You’re following the person I said is the only worthwhile Twitter feed.

I’m a proud papa.
Yes he is good…

There is so much vote still outstanding in and around Atlanta…if he called it so early for Warnock I remain hopeful for Ossoff

Ossoff is def the favorite in his race now. NYT has him at 75% chance to win.
Katie Porter@katieporteroc
Say it with me: Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.
Joe Manchin grows more powerful by the second.

Dumps, we are seeing dumps everywhere

I fuckin' called it…

Donald J. Trump@realDonaldTrump
Looks like they are setting up a big “voter dump” against the Republican candidates. Waiting to see how many votes they need?

Just fuckin ignore him!! He was going to tweet something asinine either way regardless of results!

Anyways the needle has Ossoff at 82% chance of winning and Wasserman says most outstanding votes are in great turf for him….
I think it’s happening!!!

We should know in the next hour
Trump. of course, getting the year wrong

I know
I just thought it was funny he used dumps again, he likes to stick to the hits

So 2020 GA GE Total votes 4,999,960 (man, they couldn't just find 41 votes to break 5 mil)
what are we thinking SE 2021 turnout is like

Sounds like 1 Billion was spent on this race
I think now we can say warnock wins

Decision Desk HQ Projects @ReverendWarnock (D) has won the Georgia Special Senate Runoff Election

Race Called: 11:13PM EST 01.05.21

It is insane how close so many races are

The problem is you shouldn't watch this in real-time
Both races are over.
Wasserman calls it for Ossoff

So great
wasn't quite over was it…

JAN. 5, 11:57 PM
The Cook Political Report’s Dave Wasserman, who has one of the faster election-projecting trigger fingers, has called the regular Senate election for Ossoff. However, no media outlet has issued a projection yet.
It was over

I just trust Wasserman and Cohn more than myself and I know you do but it’s been over for hours if you know how to read the data..

I note for the record that my prediction in the Nostradamus thread was a 50-50 Senate.

I just didn’t see us winning either seat in Georgia
I must say, that is still some hubris on the reading of the tea leaves

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger says on @CNN there are about 200,000 votes still to be counted. And will have a better sense of where the race is by noon tomorrow

that's a lot of votes
I know it's some what predictable they will lean heavy d based on the location
but the race is really close

man of course the one I win didn't have any prizes
there is about zero chance we get a concession speech
but this kills me  Sen. Loeffler is leaving for Washington, DC where she will challenge the presidential electoral votes in a joint session fo Congress later today.
