Anyone know when Killing Joke tix go on sale? I'd heard Monday but that doesn't seem likely.
^I'd like to know too…but don't think it's risking a sell out?

Barring any presale action, looks like it's going to be this Friday
Wonderful.
Now if I only had $1,100 to throw at the vinyl box set they're offering.

it's interesting that the last time in these parts in 1999 "The The" played Fletcher's, but it would appear it was some sort of warm up your. still seems that fine drug called nostalgia is kicking for this new tour. with that said Matt Johnson's twitter feed can be very interesting at times…

Julian Casablancas finally sold out Union Stage (450 people, right?) after two or three weeks on sale.

Interesting… so they cancelled the show at The Lube?
Ticket sales appear to be abysmal for Hershey as well, I hope it's not cancelled.
And what of Elvis Costello? Still on the bill at Anthem?

Don't think so.
Also, I'm glad Space is concerned about other people's money! lol
I don’t get the spaceman logic…many people in the area make more and can afford shows and still have a college fund etc (ie, be prudent)…
I mean the dc area is very expensive in general and many people have high incomes…I think 6 or 7 of the 10 counties with highest median income are in our area
Can’t say how Willie will do
