Yes, people's carts must be timing out from the original sale.  It was happening more like 30 minutes ago.

got NMH…..do I really have to be in the same room as atomicfront though?

YOu don't have to. I  am sure someone on here would gladly take your tickets off your hands.
FOUR TICKET LIMIT - ID REQUIRED
? Photo IDs required for entrance.
? Your ID must match the names at time of original purchase - NO exceptions. There are absolutely NO name transfers.
? Tickets will be considered invalid if not matching to original names.
? If more than 1 ticket is purchased, all ticket holders must enter at same time, with ID.

No they couldn't.  Vas will have to be there, or his tickets are void.  Purchaser has to be there with an ID with the purchaser's name on it, or the ticket(s) is/are no good.

Well he could walk you into the show.  They said the same thing about Jeff Magnum show in DC and I was able to get in with tickets I bought off of stubhub.  Or you could just get a fake ID with Vas as your name.
(Never mind, I see now what you were referring to).

so you guys that got NMH tickets, did you all get to the 3rd step where it errored out?

I got the error after confirming my name. So I went back a few pages and tried again (many times) and it finally worked after about 45 minutes.

It's a little ridiculous that you have to enter the names of your guests. Hope my friend doesn't bail…

I am sure the same thing would have happened if it were on ticket master or ticket fly.

no it wouldn't have.  if TM can handle an entire U2 or springsteen *tour* going on sale at the same time, then they can handle a single show that, while popular amongst a certain segment, isn't that popular in terms of total numbers.

I meant the tickets would be gone in 20 seconds.  At least most of us got tickets this way.
POTW! That's even more than I put into my daugther's college fund in a month.

$650 could feed alot of starving children in Africa for a day!

Getting tickets was a nightmare! Section 109 for $650

I have mixed feelings about the thing (and after a lot of effort I did get tickets).  I spent more than an hour hitting refresh.  The whole thing rewarded perseverance and dedication.  Is that the right way to decide who gets to go to a coveted show?  I don't know, in some ways it is more egalitarian than who can click on ticketmaster fastest. That said, the process clearly did not work as intended and a lot of time and frustration occurred and I do feel for people who got tickets in their cart originally and then got timed out or whatever. I've been in that position and it is horrible, way worse than just not getting through.

I would rather have the name thing though and get stuck with a ticket from a friend that bailed (which I'm worried about as well) than to have all of the tickets hit the secondary market.  if that is what is going to  happen then bands might as well do what the stones do and just charge a ton of money themselves.

I'd be happy to imitate your friend for the chance to go…

You must have them confused with Radiohead.

There is a video of them playing in DC on Youtube. Wonder where that was.
I saw that.  No venue was listed on it.  I just ordered the tape (though I was told I should of ordered the LP because the packaging was really cool).  This video?

I am probably going to check out the Baltimore show.  Expert Alterations is the new band of Paul, the organizer of the Baltimore Popfest.
Surprised he is playing and not coming down for The Bats. He is a massive fan. Guess he may go to Popfest.
Oh.  That IS the Bats day.  Oh well guess I will be at the Bats then!

(if he opens the show he could probably make it to the Bats before they go on)
