Is the babysitter hot?

She's 18 or 19, and not fat. Too young to catch my eye. That said, when I was 18 or 19, she wouldn't have caught my eye.
This thread is getting icky.

Agreed. Let's get it back on track. Are First Aid Kit really worthy of playing a venue as big as Anthem?
Well people really like them but I bought their last cd and did not like it at all so am donating to the hall of records

I am amazed how well these shows at anthem draw…it has become a destination…so many shows there are selling out…just finished two nights of kygo both sold out…that is 12,000 tickets at about average of $60 per ticket

I saw them maybe two months ago at Lincoln Theater because a friend had an extra ticket. Sold out show, pretty boring.  Anthem is probably the right venue for them; even if I don't understand it.

THE PHYSICAL WORLD PRESALE INFORMATION FOR WASHINGTON, DC
What is “The Physical World Presale”?
From NIN.com…
What? Why?  Physical World Presale?
The promise of a world made better by computers and online connectivity has failed us in many
ways, particularly when it comes to ticketing. Everything about the process sucks and everyone
loses except the reseller. We’ve decided to try something different that will also likely suck, but in a different way. We’re  hoping many of you will be happy with the results, while some may do what they always do and bitch about it.

Here’s how it works:
You (an actual human being) show up at the box office, interact with the ticket seller (another actual human being) and purchase up to four tickets that will actually be handed to you on the spot. The tickets will not be available online or anywhere else before or during that day. All  seats (including the best seats) will be available first come, first serve. You may actually  encounter other actual human beings with similar interests likely wearing black clothing during the process and potentially interact with THEM.
The experience has the potential* to be enjoyable.NineInch Nails has always been about bringing people together, living life to the fullest and good times.

Physical tickets also means you might get to meet your actual ticket resaler, not a computer.

This is your chance to meet CHokey Chicken folks - don't miss it.
I was curious what the Elton John tix were going for
$5k per ticket on the floor….these aren't even in the center or first few rows!

and someone is selling a single box seat for $13K and it's a shitty box on the other side of the building from the stage
what person would spend $13k to go to a show as a single?!

I guess that's why they call it the blues.
man, from that far away,  you might mistake him for a tiny danza.
I'm sorry.
It’s no sacrifice
Oh

Julian Casablancas finally sold out Union Stage (450 people, right?) after two or three weeks on sale.

I would go if it did not conflict with Belle and Sebastian.

You'd think he'd play more Strokes songs and less Belle and Sebastian covers.

Anyone know when Killing Joke tix go on sale? I'd heard Monday but that doesn't seem likely.

Funny I was going to post how FSS had been getting some decent shows as of late
Poptone, the Pretenders, Mastodon w/ dino jr, Social D, Jonny Marr, and Descendants

Papa roach is kinda what I expect there
but but car door wang slamming…now that…well not sure what kinda draw that would bring
