Violence at rock shows off the top of my head

People trampled to death at a Who concert

Pyro gone wrong

Dude killed on stage

Jack white puches another dude in the face repeatedly
Good call…one inappropriate listing there definitely voids the entire argument.

Where people trampled at a Pearl Jam show?  Didn't Rhett have a bottle smashed on his head at a Cracker show and his ass bitten at a DBT show?

you're saying that the tragic deaths at the club involving great white . . . was "violence at a show"?

should you even be on a musical site?  wow.  what a fucking idiot you are.
(Trying to ignore the name calling)

Guns and roses inspired rioting
Wasn't some girl murdered after a Metallica show in VA recently?

Sorry about your racial biases, walkies but this shit happens everywhere and in all walks of life.
i wonder why walkies is on such an anti-rap kick… i wonder, i wonder… maybe some of his past behaviors & comments can inform us…
Sorry the top is occupied these days with listening to soul/funk music and no so much on the violence at music events.
Both of those guys were white.

The two guys who knocked my down from behind, took my wallet, and kicked me in the head after I had already handed over my wallet were both black.

Violent assholes come in all colors.

I'm listening to the radio right now (KEXP), and the singer is singing about hanging the dj. And it aint rap!!!

i'm not talking about the colour of skin here . . . sweetcell . . . so assume all you want.

i'm talking about the music itself . . . you know the kind that promotes the violence, the guns, the drugs, the killings, the egos.  that is what i'm talking about.  rap music is white too.  the music is what i hate, not the people who listen to it.

i've been to hundreds and hundreds of concerts since 1990, all by bands that don't promote violence, and you know what . . . no violence happened.
So rap/hip-hop are the only styles of music where violence is sung about now? Just when I thought this argument couldn't get more ridiculous…
I am at work and things are slow with only a few people in the office.

Watching you try to defend the absurd post in JA is amusing and helps pass the time.
bummed ferry wont be at club but happy i will get to see him

Bes sure to stop by my place pre-show. We can sit on the deck and drink some hoppy beers, make rape and abortion jokes, and make fun of of minorities and handicapped people!

never heard of "enslaved"… dammit.  am i really going to jaxx, to see the first of two openers?

wait, have we added the handicapped to our repetoire?  awesome!  i've got some doozies… what part of a vegetable is the hardest to eat?  the wheelchair!

and let's be honest, ford - we'll share a hoppy beer.  the show is on a thursday night after all.
don't forget the fag jokes.  they always make me smile.
I think that's the first time I got 'offended,' even if he's being sarcastic. Anyway, it should be:

Train = Father
Old 97s = Son
Nada Surf = Holy Ghost

Pssst, hey Joe.  Just between you and me, I think James was being sarcastic.

Did I get it right?

Add Train to that bill and you have the father, son and holy ghost of the shittiest music ever made.
