You can, but you MUST make yourself an account, and spend a solid hour modifying what subreddits you do and don't see. Get rid of 75+% of the defaults and add city and interest specific ones and all of a sudden Reddit becomes a pretty cool time waster.

I clicked on it because I thought it was a portmanteau of "wince" and "-est" like cringe/wince-worthy things of the most superlative nature. It was, in reality, a portmanteau of "win" and "incest" and appears to be a community of people who fantasize about incest who photoshop incest related captions onto pornographic images. I mean… I do not like their format, style, presentation, etc.  I have browsed some, but I really don't need to involve myself in more online discussions than I already do.
