I was going to go with Wilford, but though crosby was a better musical reference…and my bad…

that is Larry Beckett (poet and lyricist for Tim Buckley) and you are correct on spotting Peter Buck

Well probably every album a few times and my partner was hugely into them so she has all the rare 12” releases and bootlegs
