You guys.

The best way to prevent the spread of disease - to yourself and others - is to wash your hands frequently.

Chipotle doesn't expose you to germs, generally speaking. But since you're in Chipotle already, and since you're there 3-6 times per day, it turns out to be a convenient time to wash your hands.

If you otherwise wash your hands separate from when you eat Chipotle, fine. But I'm guessing that if you refuse to wash your hands at Chipotle, you're probably not gonna do it any other time either.

And you're a disease vector.

Can you please just wash your hands?

so . . . how long does food stay good in a refrigerator during a power outage?  power went out at 430 pm at the house, and back on at 330 am.  never opened it once.  and due to the amount of rain we've had out here, the ground was saturated, meaning my large sump pump chamber was filling up quick.  Luckily I caught it in time, before a flooded basement occurred, but I literally had to manually haul water with a bucket from the sump pump to the back yard, from 8 pm to 330 am.  Then my light died on me as I was trying to move a workbench, that shattered my chalet basement window in the process.  The big one, not the two smaller ones . . .  but the big one.

fuck me. 

no really, fuck me; I need it.

heya walkies - if you kept your fridge closed for those 11 hours, everything inside should be just fine.  ok, maybe something that was on the edge of going bad did so quicker, but 99% of your food should be fine.

now i'm not squeamish about these things, but if you're more on the paranoid side, the kind of guy who throws out milk on the expiry date regardless of how is smells or tastes, then you might want to be "safe" (very large air-quotes there) and toss stuff.  i certainly wouldn't.

i can't help you with the fucking, for several reasons, but i can suggest a few good websites…
