^^ My entire point on commenting was in hopes someone would take the bait and comment on "sexpert" not being a real word and I could use this response. Then killsaly walked into it almost immediately. 12 year old Julian is snickering so heartily.

Solution: Eliminate minimum wage laws so employers have to compete in a free market system to pay what employees are really worth rather than be able to pass it off as paying what the laws says they have to pay. The minimum wage law is where your collusion lies.

LOL I could not agree more! It is all tied together ya know. The mindset of "no matter how little I do they still have to pay me at least the minimum so why do more when all I have to do is get the minimum raised" has grown to a point that, never mind.

used to love fells point, baltimore.
now it's like a giant version of the south side in pittsburgh, if you've ever.
have not been there in about 3 years until today.
jimmy's for breakfast, soundgarden, soft pretzel, latte' da, el suprimo, daily grind coffee (all good) and home.
70 minutes each way, not bad.

Its a cream pie to the face. If that's assault, the entire MLB player's association would be facing life in prison.

people have been booked for less. spitting on someone can get you charged with assault:
Battery: Act Requirement
The criminal act required for battery boils down to an offensive or harmful contact. This can range anywhere from the obvious battery where a physical attack such as a punch or kick is involved, to even minimal contact in some cases. Generally, a victim doesn't need to be injured or harmed for a battery to have occurred, so long as an offensive contact is involved. In a classic example, spitting on an individual doesn't physically injure them, but it nonetheless can constitute offensive contact sufficient for a battery. Whether a particular contact is considered offensive is usually evaluated from the perspective of the "ordinary person".
Fromt: http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/assault-and-battery-overview.html
while you might disagree, methinks that the ordinary person would perceive a pie to the face is offensive.
