I'm with you brother
can't say my numbers are as high as that
but all the bike rideing I've done over all the years
I've never worn headphones… And I love music
now if you choose to do your exercise in a hot sweaty room with other people
I can see why you'd want headphones
I just always exercise outside

I'm the opposite. I never wear headphones when I'm at the gym. For one thing, I can't be messing with wires and ear buds and having to carry my phone around when I'm lifting weights. Also, it's a gym exclusively for the company I work at, so people are always chatting and I don't want to always be messing with turning music on and off.
Alternatively, if I don't have music blaring in my ears when I'm on a run or an exercise bikeride, then I spend the entire time agonizing over the various stress points in my life, so I need the jarring cacophony of screaming Asian teenagers to drown out the voices in my head.

does, anybody know, if the new African American museum is "open to the public" yet, meaning you don't need a ticket in advance. I seem, to remember for awhile, you could not just walk right up and go to see the museum like a normal visitor to dc, museums. I really, really want to see this museum, and the exterior is so incredible.
