About once a year, I rediscover our Forum Profile page on this website asks us to provide the following and it cracks me up so much:
ICQ
This is your ICQ number.
AIM
This is your AOL Instant Messenger nickname.
MSN
Your MSN messenger email address
YIM
This is your Yahoo! Instant Messenger nickname.
Funniest thing possible would be Seth/Kosmo telling us the site is going down for a day for a software upgrade and when it comes back its exactly the same except now this is replaced with asking us for our WhatsApp and Tiktok contacts.

In 2022, ICQ had about 11 million monthly users
….In 2023, an investigation by Brazilian news outlet Núcleo Jornalismo found that ICQ was used to freely share child pornography due to lax moderation policies

At the end of your first paragraph, I was going to reply “10.8million of which use it for illegal activities,” but then I saw your second paragraph covered it.

If you do it with any regularity, you know the windows to go and you're fine 98% of the time.
Very excited to see if the HOV expansion that opens tomorrow for those 10 additional miles down to Fredericksburg changes the game. I wish it was to south Fredericksburg vs North (MM126 vs 133) but I'll take it.

I hate that stretch of road between Springfield and Stafford. Can't tell you how many times I got caught in a random mid-day or mid-weekend traffic jam
I occasionally had to drive down to Stafford from Arlington in the mornings…which was great as there was no traffic
but I'd look on the northbound and the traffic the other way was easily 25 miles long and not moving at 9AM, I just don't know how people can live like that
I often will just take Rt 1 even if it's longer because I hate sitting on 95 that much

I mean, anything I share isn't going to help you who would ostensibly be going to the other direction from what I am. The HOV schedule facilitates people going northbound in the morning and southbound in the afternoon/evening. You're in the opposite scenario from me?

oh and of course you pay (although seems worth it)
I one time decided to pay and it cost $27 to get to stafford!

Oh yeah I use HOV every time. Money is always the solution.
The trick going southbound if the traffic looks backed up around where the HOV lets off around stafford is take the last local exit and take your second left onto Mine Road and follow that for ten minutes to where it lets you get back on around 136.
Of course with the expansion opening tomorrow that equation will change. Will be interesting to see if it lets off on the thru lanes of 95 or local or if we have an option and what the play is because 133 to 126 can be a mess historically so figuring the code of how best to traverse those 7 miles in rush hour is the move. I don’t think it’ll be route 1 with the bridge in Fredericksburg and all the lights thru downtown.

Ford reveals 800 horsepower Mustang with $300,000 price tagThis'll be great for averaging 40 miles per hour on the street ::)
“We see it as kind of an underdog approach to take on Europe’s racing elite, not just with the race car, but we wanted to bring that race vehicle to the street,” said Jim Baumbick, Ford’s vice president for product development.
