For a limited time only, at Trader Joe's for $7.99. Nice price considering a Unibroue four pack normally goes for $9.99 or $10.99. One of the two best breweries in Canada, imo (along with Dieu de Ciel).

woa. looks like imma be migratin' to VA in the coming days to stock up on beer (and wine while i'm at it). thanks for the heads-up. for folks who have never tried unibroue, this is a great intro pack.

Wow. I love the Ephemere for a first beer on a nice spring day :)

Funny, that's the one beer of there's that I've had that I don't care fo. Tasted too much like cider (which I don't care for) to me. Ephemere is not in this particular taster pack.

I have had lots of beer. Currently not drinking tons of it :)
But, I do enjoy 3 or 4 on the weekend!
Totally understand your thoughts on Ephemere. I find it refreshing as a starter beer. I thought the apple taste was pretty subtle.

What is "a lot"?
My wife and I usually split one 12 oz beer with dinner, and occasionally a second 12 oz beer for/with dessert.

I don't drink Mon-Thurs in general (unless I go out to a show or random HH) and try to limit weekends to 2-3 beers, if any.

Has anyone seen Abita Strawberry Harvest on the shelves yet? Still have yet to come across any.
Had a big bottle of Weyerbacher Tiny last weekend… it knocked me on my ass to the point where I was hungover the next morning. It was good but a little too thick for my taste.

I guess I'm a drunk by board standards. When my doctor asks how much I drink my standard response is 10-14 a week. Sounds like a lot but it really isn't.
I'm well above 10-14 this week, though.

I have not seen it, but the Sam Smiths strawberry is really really good.

I'd bet TotalWine will have it soon. They usually have a good selection of Abita. They still had some of their seasonal Mardi Gras Bock last week.
Abita's use of spring water makes for some great session drinking in their brews.

If a serving of wine at 12% abv is five ounces, why shouldn't the serving size for a 10% beer be six ounces?

So - did anyone try to get SAVOR tickets?
I'm in need of a couple for either night, if anyone happens to have tickets in their plans change…
