I love Savor, this will be my 3rd. The salons should be announced soon, hopefully some good ones.
Depending on the quality of the hairdresser, an additional $20 is a great deal for a salon session. I'm assuming their pretty skimp on hand massages or avacado facials at that price however, and they really get you by gouging you for $135 for beer.

I've long said this about fantasy football team owners.

new belgium le terroir 2014 is the finest beer i've had this year.  i could drink it all day.

that said, that's bound to change today as i have a 11am date with hardliver fest and then a bottle share at 3pm where i'm told "whales" will be present.

if i don't make it out alive today, hutch can have my record collection and yada can have my beer cellar.

i chose to live and skipped the bottleshare.  if i could do it over again, i probably would have skipped hard liver and only gone to the bottle share.  i ordered nine 3 oz barleywines by about 1230 along with lunch, and had about enough calories in a 1.5 hour period for the entire weekend.

le terroir was still the best thing i drank all weekend.  sucaba, arctic devil, and angels share are all near perfect barleywines and it's hard to pick which is the best.  i focused on most of the local breweries: fremont, E9, old schoolhouse, anacortes, silver city, and reubens.  fremont's brew 1000 was probably the best of the bunch, followed by a weird "barleywine" by E9 that was barrel-aged and had some funk to it.
so I saw this beer from Harrisonburg, va the other day, and I was like what, gurl, my neck of the woods making them selves some beer, oh hell yeah and then some, and then I tried it and I was like, ok, I can like this, and be proud to say I like it, so there.

I bought a growler of this from the brewery last weekend. It doesn't smell or taste like weed anymore than other IPA's do. It was solid, worth trying if you see it but I wouldn't seek it out.

"special" beer has interested me in the past, but it's really hard to dissolve much of any in the beer brewing process. however, we did add some concentrated THC liquid to grapefruit sculpin a few months ago and everyone pretty much everyone agreed it was the only enjoyable way to consume grapefruit sculpin.
