I was 5'9" 166 the last time I ran a marathon and I was pretty dang skinny. Now I'm 5'8", and a more manly weight i'm not quite happy with.

Swollen hands? What does that even mean? My knee is quite swollen. Going to be tough standing at shows this Winter/Spring.

My hands are not swollen but thanks for the concern. Yes i do get an annual physical one comomg up soom. My  doctor is pretty sexy so  Im quite looking forward to it.

per the label, it's "hoppy sparkling water", not beer, therefore BANNED FROM THIS THREAD.

I've been crushing the lagunitas hop water (unfortunately there's no THC in it) and I've got to say it's absolutely delicious. It's as good tasting, if not better than most session IPAs.
