Good stuff folks, thanks. Normally, I'm all about the hops but I do need some mellower for the 6 hour tailgates. Last week I took some Ocelot and it caught up with me pretty quickly.
I can stop by the Bethesda spot, I guess, but I'd love to get the Stone Tangerine home.
Crow, I can't recall where you reside, but any decent bottle store in the DMV should have that beer.

In MoCo. I had it at the San Diego joint last year but came home and never saw a bottle of it.

I enjoyed Right Proper's Diamonds Fur Coat Berliner Weisse. It would be refreshing in this unseasonably hot weather.

Good stuff.
I agree this is a excellent beer
It may be the only RP I have ever had (actually before a 930 show they had it on tap at Satellite room)

Has anybody tried/heard of Tavour yet? They don't come to MD or VA yet, but they offer "hard to find" beers, and ship to DC for a flat rate, on demand…
Wonder what they mean by "hard to find"

I've never had this and am fairly excited about it.
What can anyone here tell me about Right Proper? Worth the trip? Looks like most of the stuff is low octane.
Also looking for Stone Tangerine Enjoy by 10.31.16 if anyone has seen it.
Norm's had a ton of Tangerine when I was in Vienna last week. It's really, really good. 9.4% tho :o

Interesting… I thought I never heard of it, yet, I guess I have an account… and after further review, I think I get junk email from them daily and they're usually pushing some maltbomb TRIPA from the Pac NW or $30 Cascade bottles.

Who needs those overpriced Wicked Weed sours anyway when you can get La Folie or Le Terroir for $16 a bomber?

$14 for 17 ounces? That's like a $60 six pack. Is it that good?

That's a decent price. At Total Wine VA and Craft Beer Cellar DC, there were a couple of WW 500's that were in the $20 range.

It depends on the bottles. That peach wild I love I've seen for $12.99 in DC. My old wicked weed connect used to purchase them for the same amount in NC. Some of their sours even in NC are $18.99 a bottle, so in reality a one dollar mark up isn't too bad, but in general just a pricey brewery no matter where you purchase.

I wonder how their draft prices are in NC. We're hitting Asheville for Spring Break.
