I don't think a beer not getting new label approved is a very big deal.
What does one drink and eat after running the Baltimore Marathon?
I passed on the free Michelob Ultra they were giving to all runners.
I had Lawson's Double Sunshine with BBQ salmon, mac and cheese and spinach salad for dinner.
Having Founders KBS with strawberries and dark chocolate for dessert.
Yum.

Mine was from 2012. So about 18 months old. Much more mellow than when fresh. Completely different beer. Still very good.

it was the first kbs i have ever had . . . i think i was expecting it to jerk me off or something. im trying to stop hyping up things in life, and just enjoy them. sometimes life jumps all over you and wants to hold your hand into the pits of unnatural hell, and then you crawl out, find the light, move on, and respect the world that jesus gave you.
who knew, beer, could make me get all wishy washy.

Having some Stiegl and quite enjoying it. Funny when I was in Salzburg drinking it, I didn't like it as much. Maybe it was the glass they served it in. Maybe it was because I had schnapps for breakfeast.. Maybe it was because I was used to beer being served in 1 liter servings and they only served Stiegl in half liter servings.
You can thank the gawd-awful Tea Party for postponing Founders to finally distribute to Maryland.

Do you plan on being pregnant for the next 3 years?
I went to Whole Foods in Fairfax this afternoon for a leisurely lunch, making sure I had a $4 12 oz pour of Founders Breakfast Stout. Then I tried a $4 5 oz pour of The Bruery's Oude Tart. And it was so damn good I had to have another. So good that it could singlehandedly convert me to being a fan of sour beers.

Instead of drinking a flemish-style ale wouldn't it make sense to drink a Flemish Ale.
I've got a Hair of the Dog Adam that I've been sitting on for two years.

Rodenbach isn't sold in VA, and that's what was on draft. Probably comparable in taste.

Try the Stiegl Radler. Tastes like grapefruit soda. In a good way.
