Sounds right up my alley. I shall be on the look out.
ok for those with kids who want to go to dinner/drinks but don't want to drop $60 or more on a babysitter

You can try it out for FREE now through Labor Day. All you have to do is sign up for the service, and the first time you use it, enter the code NRG to receive four hours of babysitting credits ? that?s a $60 value! There?s no charge to register, and it?s subscription free. When you use the service beyond the first time, you just pay a flat hourly rate based on the average cost of babysitting in DC ($15).
. Current businesses include Iron Gate, Birch & Barley, ChurchKey, EatBar, Evening Star, Vermilion, Rustico, Red Apron, Buzz Bakery, Planet Wine, Bluejacket, Columbia Firehouse, B Side, The Sovereign, and Hazel.

Trillium in cans may be the best thing to happen to beerz in 2016!

I'm pretty sure you can go to any of those places for dinner and drinks with your kids.

no shit Sherlock
but some normal people like to enjoy a nice dinner with out their kids
I know you don't fit in that normal category so you are excluded from this offer

well won't deny they are more expensive
but selection at those places are some of the best in the region
and starting off with a $60 savings on babysitter fees…makes them a lot more easy on the wallet
Got a growler of Ocelot's Purple Rain last weekend. Not too shabby, and a nice departure from their regular IPA offerings. It's a sour with black currants, and clocks in at a comfortable 4.5%. Was going to stop at Aslin after coming back from Udvar Hazy but with two kids in tow and no takeout it just wasn't worth my time. Really hope they up production soon because it is pure madness right now.
but they've got that Pole dancing studio you could have dropped them off at
Went to Atlas last night
They had a Gose (Should I Stay or Should I Gose…nice Jonsey ref) and it was decent, but not spectacular
The Rye Rye My Darling (rye sasion) was also decent, but not worth the trip
the new tap room is great
but the bathroom is certainly the highlight

I'm having a can of Heady Topper tonight with dinner. Canned the first week of August 2013. Wonder how it will taste.
I'm having a can of on the wings of Armageddon tonight with dinner. I don't know when the hell it was canned or brewed and I don't really care.
Headed out to Chicago this week. Hoping to bring home the best beer I can find in Columbus and Chicago not sold in DC, as well as some Zombie Dust from the source. Also planning on driving 2+ hours round trip to Kenosha, WI from Chicago so I can bring back some New Glarus and possibly Topping Goliath. My wife's not too happy with that decision….

it will probably taste similar to space's three year old heady.
