It would be funny if DuClaw made any drinkable beer and if I knew Key brewing even existed.

Should have included the can image…priceless

I do like untapped…but rarely leave ratings, I just like that I have a log of all the beers/breweries
I've often looked back to remind me of good ones I want to recommend

Just made a trip to their sister store in Falls Church yesterday and grabbed some Charlestown Fermentory, Deciduous, and Commonwealth (usually ignore them but wife likes key lime and the beer was well rated). My fridge is full.
Wish they could sell some of that Other Half at Dominion. I'm even teleworking today by can't bring myself to drive all the way to DTC this evening. Hoping to try the Mixed Berry Crunchee at Snallygaster.

There's also an Equilibrium can drop in the Mosaic District tomorrow. Much closer to home but damn $27 for a four pack of TIPA is crazy town.

And I'm pretty sure a line of neck bears are already forming, no thanks. And no thanks to TIPAs.

They make good beer but not better than OH or Aslin, imo. Their prices are always higher than the competition.

October 12, 2013: I run 26.2 miles in 4+ hours through the streets of Baltimore, my 17th and probably last marathon.
October 12, 2019: 20 pounds heavier, I cover four DC blocks in four hours, drinking as much beer as possible at a beer festival.

yet another Thursday night drop by Other Half at DTC:
-'DDH Double Mosaic Dream' Imperial IPA (8.5% ABV) "Double Dry Hopped Double Mosaic Dream is our standard Double Mosaic dry hopped a second time with a mosaic lupulin powder. Lupulin powder is a new hop product that is similar to our standard hops but with all the extra plant filler stripped away. It’s pure hops and it’s awesome." $20/4-pack.
-'The Daydreamiest' Imperial Oat Cream IPA (10.5% ABV) "The Imperial mash up of our 3 favorite Daydream hops, Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy." $22/4-pack.
-'Space Hallucinations' Imperial Oat Cream IPA (10.5% ABV) "Space Hallucinations is an Imperial Oat Cream IPA. It is the continuation of our Space Dream/Space Daydream series, getting our dream/daydream treatment with a heavy dose of oats and a hint of lactose before being hopped with a hallucinogenic amount of Galaxy. Dry hopped 3 times!" $22/4-pack.
-'DDH Small Citra Everything' IPA (6.5% ABV) "IPA brewed with wheat and oats. Hopped exclusively with Citra." $18/4-pack.
-'Double Sunset Worka' Imperial Stout (13.0% ABV) "Brewed with Mudhouse Coffee Roasters coffee, this has a full creamy character and is conditioned on vanilla and Worka coffee that is rich in fruity blueberry notes." $16/500ml bottle.
-'Double Sunset YirgZ' Imperial Stout (13.0% ABV) "Brewed with Mudhouse Coffee Roasters coffee, this stout is creamy and full bodied with vanilla and notes of chocolate, peach and nectarine from this beautiful coffee." $16/500ml bottle.
😳😳Plus one potential surprise arrival 😳😳

Why is it that Other Half charges $16 for a pint of non-barrel aged pastry stout whereas Aslin only charges $8 (back when they were still putting stouts in a can?)

Picked up Other Half's "Small Citra Everything" at the Maryland Other Half Depot this weekend. That's the way an IPA should taste.
Light, flavorful, and in the mid 6% range. Would drink all day.

The Maryland Other Half Depot received a large Equilibrium can drop yesterday…
Maybe my favorite hops/haze brewery.
