Better yet, to really serve up a nice plate of steaming shit, book MBV at the acoustically perfect Lyric Opera House in BALTIMORE! ;D ;D ;D

Would love to see Massive Attack at the club again.
5th'd. (for massive attack at the club)
Seth, The Swell Season announced they plan to tour in support of their new album in November. Can you please book them at 930? Another selfish request: please do not book them on 11/2/09 (Bruce), nor 11/11/09
(or 11/10/09; WPA). Thank you in advance.

Any chance for a Pixies presale?
Also, I know Manic Street Preachers have announced dates…but can you coax them down to the 9:30? Pretty please??

yeah snagged my Manic Street Preachers tix for the Philly show - I don't want it to sell out…
wasn't the last time they were set to play the 9:30 Club, ten years ago - didn't they cancel because a family member of the band was ill. You'd think they'd give us fans a make up date just for that reason - Detroit?? they're MSP fans there??? oh come on….

Maybe Richmond can make this happen?
maybe this should be a Hey Twangirl…
But Translator / Wire Train / Deborah Iyall are doing an LA date in the near future, would like to see any or all of them at the club.

This thought has occured to me countless times upon my reading this thread's title.

Os Mutantes have a gap between their Boston show (10/4) and NYC show (10/8) which conflicts with Dino Jr. here.
Anything you can do?

azaghal beat me to it on os mutantes..
Interesting. I was just listening to Os Mutantes the other day.
That's a shame about Manic Street Preachers. I haven't heard anything by them that I've really liked for a while now but I wouldn't pass up a show here, either.
By all means please bring Massive Attack back. Great pair of shows last time around.

Yo Seth… Remember the God deal? Well it has been confirmed that Joe Perry will be touring with the Joe Perry Project some time after the first of the year. He released a track off of the CD tonight (called "We Still Have A Long Way To Go") during a radio interview in Colorado (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=5OTBQJ94). This tour will be one not to miss. Please do what you can to make this happen at the club. No other club in the US deserves this tour any more than the 930 and it will be a night to remember. Oh yeah if it does happen please don't let it sell out before I get 4 tickets! :)
Hey Seth, will you please bring the reunited James Williamson era Stooges to the club?
Please bring either Bon Iver or I'm From Barcelona to the club
SETH!!
Royksopp just announced a date in LA in november at Club Nokia. I would give my left nut to see them!
Pretty Please?!?!?!?!?!
