Hey Seth

Seth,

Maybe you can add Matthew Dear to either the Underworld show or the Four Tet show…his show on Sunday at DC9 is canceled and he has no show on Monday, October 25 :)

^That would be a good fit.
joe doesn't have good ideas very often, but when he does he makes them count.

even kosmo could get behind this one: dear is touring with a band, so it'll meet his must-be-performed-live requirement.  would be a great addition to either show.
Hey Seth, how about another night or 2 of The Roots back at the club?

I see they're playing New Years eve in Brooklyn. Maybe at the end of December?

Seconded, definitely. I can't remember which night I was at last year, but it was one of the best shows I've ever seen. And How I Got Over is one of 2010's best albums. I'd love another late December Roots 930 Club show.
yeah seth is good . . . but if he was awesome he could get redd kross back together when they still were the shit,  before they cut their hair and starting dressing like something from las vegas.  yeah, i know, there would be about twenty people there.

Red Cross just played with Scream and OFF! in LA the other week.

Just wanted to say thanks to you (and Thatguy) for the new barricade. Made a huge difference at last night's Social D show. I think my arms would have been far more bruised if it had been the other kind.
Hey Seth

Just wanted to say thanks again for Underworld. What a show.
hey seth . . . have the numbers on the threads that equal times viewed ever flipped?
The Descendents are active again…any chance you could bring them to the club?
Hey Seth,

Both N.E.R.D and Bryan Ferry have new albums out. Any way you could bring them to the club for shows please? I think its been 5 years since N.E.R.D has been at the club and at least 5, maybe 7, for Bryan Ferry.
hey seth . . . seeing how kanye is super cool now, beloved by all things hip and indie (and here i thought everybody hated him and thought he treated that girl who is country now, even though she didn't start that way, so horribly and how dare he so let's boycott everything he does and call him bad names in the press) why don't you just go ahead and have him.  everybody will know your name and you can be the new "sethy-g."
Seth! Its time for one of those "Surprise at the Club!" bookings..something that makes you do a double take " what?!!!!!!!! so and so at the 930? WOW!".

Lets shake things up!

I vote for take that/ Robbie Williams

Hell yes. I lived in London when Robbie was in his prime, and I would love to see him. Preferably solo, but Take That works too.

I second that hell yeah for this show. When was the last time Robbie Williams was the club? I think it was Fall 2000? or Fall 1999?

I second Kanye West coming to DC.
