Hey Seth

Were you there? I think one girl tried to!
Wait, do you work there? What did you think of the show?

yes, she did….yes i had to tackle her on the steps leading to the stage….

the show was ok. i really like the Dresden dolls. cyndi was pretty good too.

Rufus waiwright has a fucking awesome voice, he just needs to get a new band and a new pair of pants, imo.

not a fan of the gossip, erasure, rosie o donnell, or chicks with hairy armpits (amanda palmer aside). people seemed to having a great time though…save for that one crazy girl.

Married men looking at my wife's myspace page are creepy.

Hey Seth,
Are you ok with women giving birth at Merriweather shows? Are there midwives or obgyn's on call? My 9+ months pregant wife was saying it would be cool to give birth at a Wilco show.
Rhett
A question for Mr. Eddie? (I'm sure he's read them all until this question…)

Regarding Rufus' pants - I read in Rolling Stones he prefers women's pants. Just a rocker tidbit.
I said the same thing about Jack White after watching him at Bonaroo online.

He looked like he was packing a strap-on, and he sure doesn't have the physique to be dressing like Billy Squier.

OT: Whoops. *edit* Obviously, I meant Rolling Stone. (I must have the band on my brain after watching Denis Leary's standup dvd.)
THE AQUABATS, please please please please please!!
They are in Philly and NYC at the end of August and no DC date yet!
Someone back me up here! :D
i want to suggest Ryan Adams at Merriweather.

i just had a vision, it would be a colossaly great show!

love, sonick.
Hey Seth-
This is a couple weeks overdue, but thank you SO much for bringing silverchair back to dc after all these years. It will be an absolute blast, and i thank you again.
hey seth, i think bebel gilberto needs to get booked at the club soon after last night's performance.

would you install better faucets in the lady's restrooms at merriweather? not all work, and those that work, most have the cap missing so you need to press in on that hard pin to get water to come out.

thanks!

ps last night's show at merriewather was fantastic. i haven't been there in a couple years and its fabulous what you have done with the place. all the food and beer options, all the extra screens to see the show at any spot on the grounds.
Hey Seth, how about a Thanksgiving or Christmas show with The Verve? Their last listed UK show is London on Nov. 8th. It would be the best Christmas present EVER!
I vote for Ryan Adams at the club this time around. :p
Please book Beirut at the club :) They'll sell it out I bet!
This would be swell.
Still bummed I found out about the warehouse show with too little notice. :) They'll sell it out I bet!
Hey Seth,

I just wanna say THANKS for hosting yet another Pumpkins experience. I hope I actually get to see one at the club. Maybe third time's the charm…

heya seth,

thanks for bringing us the pumpkins. idea: they have an open taping policy. NPR broadcasts shows. any chance we can get the on-air lefties to make the show available to all the folks who will inevitably be unable to attend in person? hopefully there is still time to get NPR on board.
Thanks for the shows this year, been great so far.

I was wondering if I might request a show by Jay Brannan. He's an acoustic artist from NYC, and was in the movie "Shortbus." He has a very devoted fan following. His NYC shows sell out in pre-sale, and he is one of the most popular musicians on You Tube, and even got his stuff on iTunes. He always has an open schedule, and I know that it would be a great show!

I know they were here recently, but I would love to see a headlining show by either Bayside or Cobra Starship. Both were awesome as openers. They seem to be busy this summer, but in the fall they are open. Bayside is playing Warped Tour and getting a lot of publicity because of it too.

Thanks for considering.

Mike
Hey Seth… Will you put me +1 on the guest list for the SP show? :)
