If by "killer" you mean "someone should kill them," then yes.

I'm glad there's a Sonar show 4/1 since I can't go the 29th. (Too many shows!! Argh.) Is the inclusion of The Editors on Sonar's calendar for the 29th a typo?

i believe i heard that C&C were playing HFStival (if one happens) and thats why they wont be stopping by beforehand.
Hey Seth - How about bringing Pat Benatar to the club? It looks like she's playing 9:30-sized venues in June. Any chance of a 9:30 show?

Little Steven and his Garage Girls A Go-Go will host the festivities that kick off March 29th in Orlando, make a pit stop at the Grand

Hi,
Is there any chance that you know of for a local Wilco show in April? They are doing a short east coast tour that currently ends in Charlottesville.

Thanks
Seth,

Can you please try to get a date at Merriweather for the Drive-By Truckers, Robert Randolph, Black Crowes Tour.

I'd much rather have the last two bands without the third, but I will take what I can get happily.
trying

problem is that Black Crowes were already booked in this area (All Good Festival) before package was formed, excluding other plays
Thanks alot Seth.

Just to throw out a possibility. It seems DBT and Randolph are willing to play alone. Would it be feasible business-wise for the two of them to play Merriweather.

It seems they would draw a crowd not unlike the size of the Roots/Wilco show last year.

Regardless, thanks again.
any chance of DC or Baltimore getting in on the Alice in Chains reunion tour?
Is there a chance we could see Sevendust back at the 930 any time soon? It has been several tours since they played the club.
Two asides:

- They Might Be Giants tonight said 9:30 Club is their favorite place. Okay, lots of bands say that, but they called out the staff who runs it, saying "in an industry full of weirdos and mean people, the people who run this club are almost downright civilized."

- I STILL am grateful for the coat hooks in the ladies room stalls; you'll never understand how great it is not to have to put your purse on a rock club bathroom floor! Thanks!!
Hey Seth,

Any chance of a Slayer/Mastodon show in the area?

Yeah, we ladies are hooked on hooks.

Now, if we could just get them at Merriweather. (Unless they have already been installed since I was there.)

Who would ever believe that it took something as simple as a hook to so thoroughly satisfy a woman?
Meant to post this here, but hit the wrong button.

Hey Seth,
What do you think about getting Massive Attack at the club in September? They are booking shows for the US.
